In this project, we had to investigate a murder, which in this case is Carelton Comet. During this, we were given suspects and background on each of them, and also evidence from the current scene. Once we figured out who killed Carelton Comet, we had to make a presentation showing who killed him, and the evidence to back up and support it.
Fingerprinting:
There were three fingerprints, which are the whorl, loop, and arch. The whorl is dominant, arch is recessive, and loop is incomplete dominance. Incomplete dominance means that is is a combination of both the whorl and arch. In order for us to find the who's fingerprint belonged to who, we dusted pink powder onto each print, then brushed it off. After this, we were then left with the fingerprint that was on the knife, and we matched this fingerprint to Nancy Normal.
Karyotype:
A karyotype is a way you can look at the sequence of chromosomes in order to see if there's something wrong, which leads to different and multiple diseases. This part was used to determine who had what disease, and if that disease had the motivation on that person to kill Carelton Comet.
Pedigrees:
A pedigrees is a way to look at one's biological family history in order to see what traits get passed down, and also determining who's child is who's. We used this to find out the relations between Carelton Comet and the others, and to see what everyone's motive could have been.

Conclusion:
Overall, this project was fun, even though my group was a group of three. I worked well with my group especially knowing that I already worked with one of them multiple times already. Though, I felt like I could've done more with the presentation and put more work into it with the rest of my teammates. We had strong evidence and reasoning for each, but I felt like we could've used more stronger and bigger words while explaining everything. Also, I could've expressed my thoughts more on this topic and giving more options for my teammates to see which is a better fit for all of us. Our presentation was strong, and if I had the chance to work with them again, I would!
I worked on this project with Bryce Bernales and Morgan Boothe.
